More doctors, less gym!
Well, the follow ups to the follow ups have come and gone - got a cleaning from the dentist (and a clean bill of dental health), the gastro doc is happy things are going well (the biopsies were negative, by the way), and the endodontist wants me to come back in another 6 months - the 'shadow' in the root canal'd tooth has decreased about 25%, which is less than he'd like to see. I can say that the tooth hasn't hurt since he cleaned out the canal but that doesn't mean something isn't still amiss in there (possibility of a crack in the tooth). We'll wait and see. And anything to delay making a commitment on having two permanent crowns installed is good (mostly cuz the wallet doesn't want to feel the pain).
As for exercise, well... I've gotten pretty lax about going to the gym with any regularity. However, I did get Mertle out yesterday and went for a 15 mile ride. The 'shakedown' felt good and it will become more regular because I say so. The gym is still there for those rainy days (and Mondays that always get me down?). Plus, bike to work day is coming up (May 16) and I've just got to do it.
